  • Marquis Apartments

    Marquis Apartments, in the Northwest residential area of Edmonton, was acquired with a group of local investors in 1998.

  • Sunlight Apartments

    A parcel of land with an apartment building was acquired in 1999 in the form of undivided interests by a group of Yorkton Group local investors in 2001. This project closed in 2006.

  • Jasper Court

    Jasper Court, located in the west end of the city in Edmonton, was acquired in 2001 with a group of local investors.

  • Plaza 101

    A parcel of land with an apartment building, retail and office bays was acquired in 2001 in the form of undivided interests by a group of Yorkton Group local investors. The Plaza 101 Project for investors and clients has sold out.

  • Tipton Project

    Tipton project in Edmonton, Alberta. A parcel of land with an apartment building was acquired in 2001. in the form of undivided interests by a group of Yorkton Group local investors. This project closed in 2006.

  • Bellamy Hill Land Project

    Bellamy Hill land project in Edmonton, Alberta. A parcel of high-rise development land, with an apartment building and residential houses, was acquired in 2002 in the form of undivided interests by a group of Yorkton Group clients from British Columbia and Alberta. This project closed in 2008 and achieved Yorkton Group’s highest yielding profit for our clients.

  • Valleyview Terrace Condo

    Valleyview Terrace Condos project in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Rental condo units were sold to Yorkton Group clients from Alberta and overseas in 2005. Professional Management and a Rental Pool were formed by Yorkton Group for all condo unit owners. This is an ongoing project.
